White Sauce Pasta......!!!

Hi all.... I know its been a pretty long time that I updated my blog... I was really doing bad with my health and so had no time to update this... So now am back with the bang!!! N here comes and italian pasta recipe... hope u'll all like it... !
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serves : 3

Ingredients:
Pasta
2 cups
Sausage
2 franks
Carrot
1
Garlic
3 cloves
Frozen Corn
1 cup
Pepper Powder
1 tbsp
Oregano
1 tsp
Olive Oil

Salt

White Sauce:

Butter
2 tbsp
Cornflour
2 tbsp
Milk
1 ½ cup 
Cheese
2-3 tbsp(mozzarella)
Pepper powder
1 tsp
Salt

Dried Basil
1 tsp

Method:
1. Cook the pasta with 2 tbsp of oil and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and finely chopped garlic into this and saute well.
3. Now add chopped carrots, sausage, corn and mix well.
4. Cover and cook until the vegetables are done. Don't overcook.
5. Now add oregano, salt and pepper powder, mix and off the flame.
Sauce:
1. Melt butter in a pan and heat it on simmer. 
2. Add cornflour into this and keep on stirring and saute until its color changes slightly.
3. Now add 1/2 cup of cold milk to this and whisk continuously to avoid lumps.
4. When it starts thickening, add rest of the milk and stir continuously.
5. Bring to boil. Reduce the flame and add dried basil, salt and pepper powder.
6. Cook this until it thickens.
7. Now mix the pasta, vegetables and sauce together.
8. Serve hot :) :)

Egg Roast.....!!!

Waiting for a spicy, tangy dinner?? Here you go...!!!
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serves : 2

Ingredients:
Eggs
4
Onions
3
Ginger
1
Garlic
4 cloves
Green chilly
2
Tomato
1
Turmeric Powder
½ tsp
Coriander Powder
1 tsp
Red chilly powder
1 tsp
Pepper Powder
1 tsp
Fennel seed
1 tsp
Coriander leaves

Curry Leaves

Salt

Oil

Method:
1. Boil and cook the eggs, peel the shell and keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add fennel seeds.
3. Add sliced onions and salt and saute until light brown.
4. Now add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilly and saute well.
5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, pepper powder and mix well.
6. Once the spices are done, add tomato and saute until soft.
7. Then add the boiled eggs to this and mix and close and cook for 5 mins.
8. When done, off the flame, add coriander and curry leaves and serve hot with chapattis :)

Bindhi/Okra/Lady's Finger Masala......!!!!

One of the vegetable which is rich in Vitamins. This is indeed a best dinner for all. This goes well with chapattis.
Preparation Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Serves : 2 - 3

Ingredients:
Lady's Finger
500 gms
Onion
2
Ginger (chopped)
1 tbsp
Garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp
Green chilly
2
Tomato
1
Turmeric powder
½ tsp
Coriander powder
1 tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder
1 tsp
Garam masala
½ tsp
Cumin seeds

Coriander leaves

Salt

Oil

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the lady's finger cut into medium pcs with salt.
2. Fry until slightly crispy.
3. Now drain the fried okra and keep aside.
4. In the same oil sputter cumin seeds.
5. Add sliced onions into this ans saute until golden brown. Add salt(careful with the amount since we added while frying okra).
6. Now add the chopped ginger, garlic and split green chilies.
7. Once this is saute well, add turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder and garam masala and mix well and saute.
8. Add sliced tomato into this and saute until soft.
9. Now add the fried okra into this and mix well and close and cook for 5 mins.
10. Now open the lid and stir fry or another 5 mins. Top with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapattis.... :)

Keema Dry Fry.....!!!!

This is my Dad's Masterpiece! I just love this. This indeed is his recipe!! Very simple and yet very tasty too!! This can be made with minced Beef or minced Mutton. I have used Beef here.
Preparation Time : 05 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serves : 2 - 3

Ingredients:
Minced Beef (Keema)
1 pack
Onions
2
Ginger (crushed)
1 tbsp
Garlic (crushed)
1 tbsp
Green chilly
2
Tomato
1
Green Peas (frozen)
1 cup
Pepper balls
1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder
½ tsp
Coriander Powder
1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilly powder
1 tsp
Garam masala
½ tsp
Cinnamon
1 pc
Cloves
3
Cardamom
3
Curry Leaves

Coriander Leaves 

Salt

Oil



 Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and sputter cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and pepper balls.
2. Add chopped onion, salt and saute well.
3. Add crushed ginger, garlic and green chilly and saute again.
4. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and garam masala ans saute until raw smell goes off.
5. Add tomato to this and saute well.
6. Now add the washed and drained keema into this, mix well and close and cook until almost done.
7. Now add the frozen green peas and cook for few more minutes.
8. Once keema is cooked well, slightly increase the flame and fry this until it has lost the whole moisture. 
9. When it reaches the desired form, off the flame and add coriander leaves and curry leaves.
10. Serve hot with khubus :) :)
